My Job Description

The primary purpose of the President and General Counsel Ambassador is to provide counsel on legal matters to the management of SSWE, INC. ; to support and provide legal direction in the development of contracts, agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and in all other matters where the organization is entering into a legal relationship or understanding with another entity; to draft and manage applicable corporate Policies and Procedures; to manage cost-effective and efficient use of external counsel by the management of SSWE, INC. and serves as the second owner of SSWE, INC. and subsidiary Boards all in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and SSWE, INC.
