My Job Description

Help assist Director and General Manager during a Change of management. worked with Senior Management to create HR policies and Procedures: recruit employees; implement new ideas on how to acknowledge associates and incentive programs; Conduct orientation upon hire: Manage Leave of Absence programs and personal records; Planning and Hosting all associates events.
Played a key role in ensuring the success of new management takeover. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training compensation structures, incentives and new- hire orientation . Fostered a teamwork/ open door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization. Ordering New hire materials Screen all qualified applicants and set up interviews assure that background checks are completed reference checks.
